Refund policy

We offer free reprints or refunds in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item, size, or design was received.

The product did not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

To request a reprint or refund, contact the support email provided in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order ID and photo evidence to help us resolve the issue promptly.

However, we do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or design.

The product is returned to the sender or lost in transit due to an invalid or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your order details and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 14 days or reprint your item if requested.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected photos of the item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
